Rini Dhumal [1948] is essentially a printmaker, but also has easy facility in the handling of other medium as water colours or oils. Her works are woman centric and expressionist; articulated through distortion of human forms, loosely structured brush strokes and strident colours. The printmaker in her emerges through strong black outlines that contour her forms and imagery. There are echoes of K.G.
