Brinda Miller’s cubist abstracts convey raw emotions with large head and open unflinching eyes. The composition has been worked through many layers and the transparency of the colours and images emerging from within each other not only make it enigmatic but also surreal. The many layers are reflective of her experiences making the process itself cathartic. Her colours are significantly interesting as the flaming orange, earthy ochres and optimistic blues. In addition to layering, she juxtaposes textures, evoking forms that emerge from the depth of her works. Moving away from |
